beef dip

Ingredients 1 beef sirloin tip roast (3 to 4 pounds) 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules 1 bay leaf 3 to 4 whole peppercorns 1 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon garlic powder 12 French rolls, split Directions Cut roast in half.  Place in a slow cooker Combine the soy sauce,  bouillon and seasonings pour over roast.  Add water to almost cover roast,  About 5 cups.  Cover and cook on low  for 8- 10 hours while you sleep. Remove roast from liquid And cool slightly.  Strain liquids  and put back into slow cooker on high Shred meat with 2 forks  Or slice very thin and return to slow cooker juices. Now heat for 2 - 3 hours.  Serve on rolls with broth on the side. "Bon Appetit!"

In a slow cooker mix: 1.5lbs cooked beef strips 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp minced garlic 1\2 tsp cumin 1\2 tsp seasoned salt 1\2 tsp chili powder 1\4 tsp red pepper flakes Leave in slow cooker on low With lid on Add water if it starts to get One hour before serving Add: 1 julienned red pepper 1  julienned onion Serve on tortillas With toppings like: Salsa Sour cream Guacamole Seasoned rice Shredded cheese Jalapenos Stressed lettuce Ranch dressing "Bon appetit!"

This looks amazing as a side dish,  But adding just 1lb fried ground beef To the veggie layer would make it A great main dish!!!!! Peel, slice and rinse 4 to 6 potatoes Set aside. In a food processor: 1 pepper (any colour) 4 cubes of frozen spinach (par thawed) 2 tsp garlic 2 tsp paprika Salt and pepper to taste Optional: 1\2 tsp chili powder Dump in large bowl Then mix in: 1 can diced tomato 1 can black beans (rinsed) 1 cup celery and onion (total) 1 cup sliced mushrooms Add 1lb of cooked and drained  ground beef now if desired. Now drain liked potatoes and pat dry. In a well greased loaf pan: ***I found this recipe made 3 loaf pans!!  So I froze one for later  and gave one as a sample Lay potato slices on the bottom Now you can build: Potato Mixture Cheese Potato Mixture Cheese Potato ***Most loaf pans will allow for 3 sets of layers. Spicy Thai red curry soup

Super easy, very tasty, very spicy In a large pot: 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 cup corn  (chopped baby or frozen) 1 can sliced bamboo shoots 1\2 thinly sliced green pepper 1 thinly sliced leek 1 1\2 cups sliced mushrooms (optional) Toss and sautee lightly. Add: 2 cups diced cooked chicken 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp red curry paste (spicy) Pinch of basil Splash lime juice Black pepper to taste Stir and heat. Add: 1 can coconut milk And 2 cups of chicken broth  (4 if you like a thin soup) Bring to a boil. Keep stirring. Add cooked rice or egg noodles Stir and  keep on low until serving. Serve with spring rolls or egg rolls. "Bon Appetit!"

In a large pot cook: 1pound ground meat 3 tsp minced garlic Crumble and drain then add: 4 cups water 3 cubes beef boullion 1 can diced tomatoes 1 cup total of: diced onions, green peppers and celery 1 tsp basil 1\2 tsp oregano Salt and pepper 5 cubes frozen spinach Bring to a boil. Add 2 cups bow tie pasta. Cook on med-high For 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese And crispy fried onions. Serve with crusty bread Or bread sticks. "Bon appetit!"

***good to know! These may be made ahead and frozen after baking! Seal tight and freeze. Cook wrapped in foil for 25 min when needed Chicken and gouda In fry pan sautee for a couple minutes: 1 tbsp olive oil 1\2 pound mushrooms 1 chopped onion 2 tsp garlic Salt and pepper 4 cubes frozen spinach Then add; 2 cups shredded chicken 1 cup red peppers chopped 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled Mix then turn off heat. garlic lemon shrimp

Cook up 2 (or more) cups Of your favourite pasta - al dente And set aside In a large skillet heat: 1\4 cup real butter 1pound shrimp (cleaned and declined) *** no matter what size you buy or cut shrimp Most people pop them in their mouth. To make a small amount go further - cut in half down the length of the shrimp! Or use salad shrimp! Sautee for 3 minutes Add 3 tsp minced garlic 2 tbsp lemon 1 tsp cumin Salt and pepper. Sautee 3 more minutes Add pasta And stir fry to warm everything. Sprinkle 2 tbsp parsley on top And serve With a light salad with Italian dressing And fresh bread. "Bon appetit!"

enchilada casserole

In a pan sautee: 2 tbsp butter 1 sliced onion 2  chicken breasts precooked and diced small Do not overcook onions Set aside to cool In a bowl mix: 1 cup shredded cheese 1 cup sour cream 1\3 cup salsa 2 tbsp taco seasoning Add meat. Lay out 8 tortillas And fill evenly. Roll and lay seam side down  In a greased casserole dish. Pour 2 cans (20oz) green enchilada sauce Over enchiladas And top with shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes At 350 Sprinkle with cilantro and serve. Tonight's side dish is brought to by: Dainty rice -Mexican flavour To my rice cooker I add: 1cup water 1 tsp oil Diced celery and onion The seasoning package The can of rice Cook and serve when thickened. We added some crushed tortilla chips  Or doritos For a crunch on top "Bon appetit!"  *** enchilada sauce is basically tomato sauce with a few spices. Green enchilada sauce means it was made with green tomatoes. If you can't locate this, the recipe online is super easy to make.

coconut chicken strips

In one bowl beat: 2 eggs  2 tsp sesame oil In another bowl mix: 3\4 cup shredded coconut 3\4 cup bread crumbs 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds Salt and pepper Cut 4 regular chicken breasts Into 1\2" strips One by one dip chicken Into egg mixture Then bread crumbs And place on a tray  lined with parchment paper. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes Turn and cook 5 more minutes. In a measuring cup mix: 1\3 cup pineapple juice  with 1 tsp cornstarch Then add 1 1\2 tsp mustard 1\2 cup plum sauce Bring to a boil (Approx 2.5 minutes) In the microwave. I am a fan of knorr side kicks. In large pot mix: 2 packages of white cheddar brocolli With 1 cup frozen brocolli 3\4 cup of co+ordinating pasta 2 1\2 cups milk 2 1\2 cups water 2 tbsp margarine Bring to a boil  Turn heat way down and stir occasionally Turn heat off when flipping chicken pieces!
