seafood casserole

So I have had a request for seafood tonight, The difference being I have to serve off site. So my ever-active mind had an idea. Prep: 2 cups rice or 2 cups noodles (egg by choice) Cook to just cooked and set aside in single  dishes. Grocery List: Bread crumbs 1 can crab meat $4 1 tin lobster meat thawed $7 12 peeled declined shrimp $5 6 diced scallops $4 1/2 cup diced celery and onion 1 cup shredded cheese 3 cups milk or cream 2 tbsp flour 2 tbsp mustard Pinch of garlic Pepper 1/4 cup butter Start by: In a pot melt the butter Add pepper, garlic and mustard Stir well and add flour. Keep stirring and remove from heat While adding the milk. Put back on heat  And stir in cheese until smooth Add celery, onions And all the seafood Turn off heat and continue to stir. Ladle over portion dishes. This recipe made 10 servings. I only need 3 for tonight but would have had to buy all those ingredients anyway! Now sprinkle bread crumbs and chives. Bake at 350 when needed. Zip

Boil 2 cups broad egg noodles  cooked to al dente and set aside 1 package of spiral veggies ($4) (You can do it yourself or buy from store) 1/8th cup butter 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp mango curry powder Cook for about 5 minutes On high before turning off Stirring often This was an amazing side dish that is On the regular menu as of now.
