pork medallion parmesan

1/2 pound pork tenderloin 3 tablespoons bread crumbs 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon salt Dash pepper 2 teaspoons canola oil 1 garlic clove, minced Cut pork into 4 slices ***I left whole  Flatten to as much as possible.  In a large shallow dish,  combine the bread crumbs, seasoning,  cheese, salt and pepper.  Coat pork, 1 slice at a time Pressing the coating in. In a large skillet over medium heat,  Cook pork in oil until meat is no longer pink,  2-3 minutes on each side.  Remove and keep warm in oven. Add garlic, cook for a couple minutes, Serve on pork. Serve with pasta, salad and bread. "Bon Appetit!"

slow cooker teriyaki chicken

Easy peasy supper 2 pounds skinless chicken 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 1 green pepper, thinly sliced 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot 1 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup honey 1/4 teaspoon pepper Optional 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes Place chicken in a 3- or 4-qt. slow cooker.  Top with onion, garlic and ginger.  Combine broth, soy sauce, honey,  pepper flakes and pepper;  pour over chicken.  Cook, covered, on low  Until chicken is no longer pink, 3-1/2 - 4 hours. Remove chicken. In a small bowl mix: 3 tablespoons cornstarch 3 tablespoons cold water Until smooth; gradually stir into slow cooker. Cook, covered, on medium high until sauce is thickened, 15 to 30 minutes.  *** I removed it from the crock pot And used a pot to speed this part up. When chicken is cool enough to handle,  Debone and  shred chicken with 2 forks;  Then return to slow cooker. Serve with rice or noodles And egg rolls or spring rolls. Garnish with cilan
