These may be made ahead and frozen after baking! Seal tight and freeze. Cook wrapped in foil for 25 min when needed



Chicken and gouda

In fry pan sautee for a couple minutes:
1 tbsp olive oil
1\2 pound mushrooms
1 chopped onion
2 tsp garlic
Salt and pepper
4 cubes frozen spinach
Then add;
2 cups shredded chicken
1 cup red peppers chopped
6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Mix then turn off heat.

Make 2 individual bases

Cover half the base
Using the chicken mixture
Top with gouda cheese
Shredded or sliced.

Meat and veggie

In fry pan sautee for a couple minutes:
1 tbsp olive oil
1\2 pound mushrooms
2 tsp garlic
Salt and pepper
4 cubes frozen spinach
Then add;
1 cup diced green peppers
1 cup diced onion
**add precooked bacon or sausage crumble 
if desired

Mix then turn off heat.

Using Pillsbury pizza dough:

Make 2 individual bases

Cover half the base
Using sub mix package
(Salami, ham, pepperoni)
Add veggie mixture
Top with shredded pizza cheeses.

Fold over to make a pocket
Press edges to seal

Brush with egg whites
Sprinkle with 1tsp Italian seasoning

Bake for 15 minutes at 350.

Serve with: 
pizza sauce
pasta sauce 
Pesto sauce
Ranch dip
To dip.
