garlic lemon shrimp

Cook up 2 (or more) cups
Of your favourite pasta - al dente
And set aside

In a large skillet heat:

1\4 cup real butter
1pound shrimp (cleaned and declined)

*** no matter what size you buy or cut shrimp
Most people pop them in their mouth.
To make a small amount go further - cut in half down the length of the shrimp! Or use salad shrimp!

Sautee for 3 minutes

Add

3 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp lemon
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper.

Sautee 3 more minutes

Add pasta
And stir fry to warm everything.

Sprinkle 2 tbsp parsley on top
And serve
With a light salad with Italian dressing
And fresh bread.
