Sloppy chicken

2 servings Preparation 10 minutes cooking 25 minutes 280 calories per serving 1/s onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp canola oil 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 260 g ground chicken or turkey ground pepper to taste 2 t bsp tomato paste 1/4 cup ketchup 1/2 tsp brown sugar 2 tbsp water 4 drops Tabasco sauce (optional) 2 hamburger buns Prepare the vegetables. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.  Add the onion then cook until it is translucent, about 3 minutes with occasional stirring, paying attention not to let it burn.  Add salt, then reduce the heat, cover and cook until the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.  Add the garlic and cayenne pepper then cook with stirring until fragrant, 1 minute. Add the chicken then cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until it loses its pink colour, about 5 minutes.  It is important not to overcook the meat at this point, otherwise it will end up dry and crumbly. Eat Shrink & Be Merry cookbook Yes, this is another one and I have to say, they are yummy. This can work either as a meal or appetizers. Ingredients 12 large boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 2.5lbs. You can also switch it up, we ended up using chicken legs) 1/3 cup favorite barbecue sauce 2 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp liquid honey (we used one because we used honey Dijon mustard. The cookbook states that if the bbq sauce or anything else is sweet, to cut down to one so it doesn't overpower.) 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice 2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp chili powder 4-5 dashes hot pepper sauce (optional so we didn't bother) 1 tsp cornstarch Directions 1) Preheat oven to 400F. BBQ Pork Chops with Cheese & Broccoli Rice

BBQ Pork Chops 6-Pork Chops 1-8oz can Tomato Sauce 1/2 cup Ketchup 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce 1/2 tsp onion salt Dash of salt and pepper Season chops with salt and pepper and brown in skillet. Combine other five ingredients and pour over chops. Simmer till tender. Approx. 1hr The Cheese and Broccoli Rice came from the 7min package. Simply follow the directions. (Couldn't find the package.lol)
