sausage and potatoes

This is a super simple prep 
For a yummy fall meal.

2 sausages per person (any kind)

In a casserole baking dish,
Lay all the meat down the center.

1-2 potatoes per person
* peeled and cubed
1\2 carrot per person
* peeled and sliced
1 onion diced small (or onion powder)

In a large bowl
Toss all the veggies in (olive?) oil
Sprinkle with 2 tsp of your favourite spice
* Italian, paprika.. I used coconut Thai (bulk barn)

Now place the veggies around the meat
Leaving meat exposed.

Cover the meat in your favourite sauce.
* this will depend on your meat. I used
Honey mustard, but tomato sauce or bbq
Sauce will work too.

Cover with foil.
Bake for 1 hour at 350.
