pork in nectarine sauce

Mix these items in a Ziploc bag:

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Add 1 pork chop for each person
And shake.

Heat:
1 tablespoon canola oil

In a large skillet
until a thermometer reads 145°
4-5 minutes per side. 
Remove from pan, keep warm.

Add to frying pan:

1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 can peaches, drained, cut into thin slices
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon honey

Cook and stir over medium 
heat and bring to a boil. 
Reduce heatn simmer, uncovered, 
until nectarines are softened 
and sauce is slightly thickened.
**about 5 minutes. 

Serve on chops.
