Hawaiian pork chops


Cook pork chops
In 2 tsp oil until just done
And set aside.

To fry pan add:

1\3 cup diced green pepper
1\3 cup diced onion

Stir fry.

Then add

2 cup broth
1 can pineapple 
(they say chunk - I prefer shredded)
1\4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vinegar

Bring to a boil and shut off heat.
Return meat to sauce and cover.

Let stand until dinner time.

Reheat and simmer for 20 minutes
Turning meat once to get sauce
On both sides.


If necessary,
Mix 2 tbsp cornstarch 
and 1\4 cup water
Then add to sauce to thicken.

Serve with broiled potatoes.

DEFINITELY could add

"Bon appetit!"
