stuffed pasta (freezer stock)

Family pack of ground meat
2 cans of pasta sauce
Celery
Onion
Green pepper
Salt
Pepper
Italian seasoning
Garlic
1 1\2 cups bread crumbs
3 packages of Canelloni noodles
Or manicotti noodles or large shells
1 family size brick shredded cheese

Foil pans with lids (YOUR family meal size)
Ziploc bags those pans fit into.

In a food processor
Chop celery onion and green pepper
or chop by hand to fine pieces.
Add 4 seasonings and bread crumbs.

To ground meat
Add 1\3 cup of pasta sauce
And mixture you made.
Mix well.

Boil pasta in small batches
To avoid breakage
Only to non rigid state
Then scoop out to cool on a clean towel.

Place cooled to touch pasta
into a large bowl of water
To stop stickiness.

Pour small amount of pasta sauce
Into foil pans to prevent sticking when baking.

Using the meat mixture,
Make hot dog shaped meat mixtures
And stuff into shells, filling from end to end.

Place into pans in batches that make sense
To feeding you family.

Cover the batches in sauce
And shredded cheese.

Apply lids and then fit into Ziploc bags.

Bake from frozen for 1 hour at 350.
This recipe made about 40-50 shells.

I do not use these alone as a meal.
I serve these ON pasta with garlic bread
and a huge salad.

"Bon Appetit!"
