Tomato Salad with Oregano

Simple.  Refreshing.

2 tomatoes
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 tsp dried oregano

Cut the tomatoes lengthwise into quarters or slice them crosswise.  Put them in a bowl, pour in the olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.  Sprinkle with oregano and toss.

Makes 2 servings.
